Talent to Luxembourg idea was born in 2024 from a simple observation by its Founder, Ruggero Monelli: many talented candidates approach the Luxembourg job market without truly understanding what makes a professional relationship with an employer succeed.

Drawing on years of firsthand experience in the Grand Duchy, Ruggero decided to turn that insight into action — extending an open invitation to professionals from abroad to explore career opportunities and relocate to Luxembourg.
